At Cyberclick we have achieved gender parity in the Technology and Innovation team and, for this reason, we want to share this achievement through the. “We are already 50-50” campaign , an initiative that is part of the GETHub project, promoted by Barcelona City Council and the allWomen school. In the last 12 months, Cyberclick has added two more women to the IT back-end team, thus achieving 50% female representation. Both have started their technical career at Cyberclick, but they don’t share the same background. Clara Valls discovered her vocation for technology as a result of a personality test. Paula Rey , for her part, decided to redirect her professional career after several experiences in other sectors. Her stories are shared in the second piece of the campaign .
