Industrial paint company Zolpan chooses Esker for its customer invoice automation processes
Esker! one of the world’s leading paint company providers of process automation solutions! today announced that Zolpan! a subsidiary of the global leader in building materials and paints! Materis Group! has chosen Esker to automate the sending of its nearly 60!000 monthly invoices to customers. Esker’s solution! implemented in two phases! allows Zolpan! its subsidiaries and its 122 stores in France to gradually evolve towards electronic invoicing.
Until now! Zolpan usually invoiced its customers at the end of the month. Each subsidiary spent two days printing! folding! inserting envelopes and stamping. Documents were archived internally in PDF format and not always in accordance with the legal requirements for electronic archiving.
As part of its policy of contributing to sustainable development! Zolpan was looking for a document process automation solution for its customer invoices and chose Esker to:
Speed up the process of sending invoices to customers
Reduce invoice management costs.
Reduce paper usage as part active telegram number data of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives .
Absorb peak volumes and workloads.
Ensure reliable and legal electronic archiving.
Increase productivity and simplify your internal organization.
Implemented in two phases! Esker’s Invoices Receivable (AR) solution was initially deployed for invoicing related to group companies! which involved around 9!000 pages per month.
As part of the second phase! Zolpan plans to encourage its subsidiaries and more than 14!000 clients to migrate to electronic invoicing! in order to eventually support around 60!000 invoices per month.

To convince its customers to adopt e-invoicing and contribute to sustainable development! Zolpan will offer them two options. Customers who have opted for e-invoicing will be able to directly access current what is email marketing? or archived invoices from a web portal. For customers who continue to receive paper invoices! Zolpan will outsource mail delivery to Esker production sites for printing! folding! enveloping! postage and delivery to the post office. Zolpan will no longer have to manage internal peaks and workloads related to its customers’ invoices. Customers will be able to change their preferred delivery method directly from the web portal.
