If your Bluetooth device is not showing up, first make sure it is not hidden.
If you are using an external Bluetooth adapter, make sure there is no problem with it by connecting it to another USB port or PC.

Fix 1: Make sure your Bluetooth device is not hidden
Your Bluetooth device may not be missing from your computer, but it may be inaccessible if it is hidden.
Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager
Once Device Manager opens, click the View menu at the top, then click Show hidden devices.
Then click Bluetooth and expand it to phone number list view all Bluetooth devices. Check if the missing Bluetooth device is there.
How to Fix 2: Reconnect the Bluetooth adapter.
If you are using an external Bluetooth adapter, there may be a problem with the Bluetooth adapter that is preventing your Bluetooth devices from showing up. Unplug the adapter and plug it back in to see if your Bluetooth devices demographic segmentation variables are visible. If that doesn’t work, try plugging the dongle into a different USB port.

Residual static charge that remains even after the computer is turn off is another factor that can affect Bluetooth devices. To get rid of it, you can perform a cleaning. Then check if your Bluetooth device is visible.
